Spring Has Arrived

March madness hit us really hard this year... this month also marked the one year anniversary that our owner, Aaron, has been working exclusively for his own business. Sales levels, as well as overall exhaustion is through the roof. As such we have decided to begin closing on monday as a temporary fix to help survive the amount of work. In time we will reopen for 7 days a week again. I hope you all understand our need to make this happen.
Outside of the changes to our schedule,we welcome the return of the spring time and lovely light and flavorful cakes such as the Lemon Drop which is this month's featured signature cake! Give it a try, you'll pucker with love.
This cake is a three layer coconut cake filled with Kiwi, Strawberry compote, and crushed pineapple, finished with cream cheese buttercream icing, toasted coconut, and fresh fruit.
Our chocolate dipped strawberries are available in White chocolate, Dark Chocolate, or dark chocolate 24karot gold painted
Our lemon cake is filled with lemon curd, finished with our Signature Velvet Buttercream Icing, white chocolate pour, fresh lemon slices, lemon macarons, and lemon zest.
My great grandfather Joe was famous for his sugar cookie.. so why change a good thing? This sugar cookie is thick, and buttery, rolled in sugar, and baked till a light golden color, finished with a drizzle of sugar frosting.
